What is KinLife?

KinLife is a smart family planner. You drop things in (schedules, documents, links, notes, health records), and an AI assistant turns that into the calendar, lists, reminders, and answers your family actually runs on, then keeps you on top of them.

The big idea

Family life is scattered across group chats, school portals, sports clubs, supermarket sites, and your own memory. KinLife is one place to put all of it. The goal is simple: take the mental load off parents so you can spend attention on the people, not the logistics.

Scheduling is the most visible payoff, but it's one of many things the planner does. Because KinLife remembers your family, it can also act: build lists, plan meals, send reminders, coordinate events, and answer questions about your own documents.

Drop anything in

The day-to-day flow is: drop it in now, deal with it later by asking.

  • Snap a photo of the school newsletter and KinLife pulls out every date.
  • Paste an Instagram reel and it saves the recipe or the place.
  • Forward an email to your family address and it reads it.
  • Type or speak a note and it files it where it belongs.

The fastest way to drop something in is the Add button (the bright tile in the sidebar and the centre of the mobile dock). Drop in text and an optional file and hand it straight to the assistant.

Then just ask

The assistant is the brain. Talk to it in plain language, by typing or by voice, and it takes real action. A few things people ask:

  • Add Liam's soccer every Tuesday at 4pm for 3 months
  • What does next week look like for the family?
  • Make a packing list for the camping trip
  • Plan a dinner with Sarah and Mike and message them
  • When is Grade 5's swimming carnival?
You rarely need to find the right screen first. If you're not sure where something lives, just ask the assistant.

Where you'll find things

The sidebar groups everything into a handful of areas:

  • Chat: the assistant, your home base.
  • Calendar: the shared family schedule.
  • Notes: lists, notes, and maps.
  • Meals, Budget, Social, Health: focused spaces, each with their own assistant panel.
  • AI Scheduler: automations that run on a schedule.
  • Settings: your account, family, integrations, and the activity log.

Reach it from anywhere

KinLife isn't only a website. You can interact with the same assistant and the same family data over WhatsApp and email. Reminders are delivered to whichever channel suits each person.
