Yes. Each parent has their own account and joins the shared family via an invite link or code. You each get your own colour and notifications while sharing the same family data.

Yes. Children can be added with the "child" role for read access to the calendar and their own reminders. Younger children can be added without a login and given one later without losing their records.

Yes. KinLife keeps a persistent memory of your family: each child's school, recurring commitments, preferences, and anything you've told it. You don't have to re-explain yourself.

KinLife has its own calendar that works on its own. You can also connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (iCloud) for two-way sync, so events created in KinLife show up in your existing calendar and vice versa. Neither is required.

Beyond the web app, you can chat with the assistant on WhatsApp and over email, and link Telegram. Reminders can be delivered by WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, and can be set for 24 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes, or 10 minutes before an event.

Your family's data is private to your family and isn't shared with other families. Sensitive credentials like calendar connections and passwords are encrypted, and the assistant doesn't train on your content. The app runs on trusted cloud infrastructure with standard security practices throughout.
